The Beechwood Theatre Company portrays members of the Astor family and domestic staff, welcoming visitors to the summer home of the Mrs. Astor, queen of American society. Inside this Newport mansion it is the year 1891 and you are a very special guest.

Celebrate Victorian Christmas traditions as you visit with the Astor family during this most wonderful time of the year. You'll tour mansion, enjoy the beautiful decorations, and even sneak into the servants' quarters for a glimpse of their simple celebrations. After touring, join the family in the elegant ballroom for spectacular singing and holiday fun. You might even be whisked across the dance floor by young Mr. Astor himself!

Holiday Murder Mystery
November 13, 27, December 19, 26 at 7pm
Play whodunit in this fast-paced interactive murder mystery set in Newport's glorious past. Guests search the Newport mansion looking for clues - did the butler do it?

Victorian Christmas Concert
November 29 & December 6 - 6pm
The entire Beechwood Theatre Company performs traditional Christmas music, both a cappella and accompanied, in the Beechwood ballroom. Complimentary refreshments courtesy of Russell Morin Fine Catering. Sponsored by the Beechwood Foundation. All seats $10. Advance ticketing recommended.

Victorian Christmas Feast
December 4, 11, 18 - 7:00pm
Join the Astor family as they celebrate St. Nicholas Day 1891. The three-hour event features a magnificent holiday dinner, breathtaking music, and the laughter of the servants as they join the festivities.

New Year's Murder Mystery
December 31 7:00-8:30pm
Join the Astor family for a family-friendly evening as they celebrate the arrival of the New Year with a performance of Romeo & Juliet. Not everyone is a Shakespeare fan, however, as the show is cut short by an untimely death!
