From Providence and Points NW of Newport

• Take 95 South. Follow 95 South to Exit 9 (Rt. 4).
• Rt. 4 merges into Rt.1 at a sharp right-hand curve.
• Follow Rt. 1 for less than 1 mile until you see a sign for 138 East (to Newport/Jamestown bridges) and first right hand exit.
• Follow 138 East over the Jamestown Bridge & Newport Bridge ($2.00 toll).
• Take 1st exit off bridge "Scenic Newport".
• Bear right at bottom of ramp.
• At 2nd traffic light take a right onto America's Cup Ave. Continue on America's Cup Ave, which turns into Memorial Blvd.
• Take right onto Bellevue Ave. (Talbot's store will be diagonally in front of you to your right). Follow Bellevue Ave. 1 ½ miles. The Astors' Beechwood is at 580 Bellevue on your left.

From Boston and points North of Newport

• Interstate 93 South, Route 128, Interstate 495 East or Interstate 195 to Route 24 South.
• Follow Route 24 through Fall River into Rhode Island and cross the Sakonnet River Bridge.
• Take Exit 2 to Route 138 South (Roger Williams Conference Center is on your right @ exit).
• Take left at bottom of ramp.
• At 1st light take a right onto 138 South.
• Follow 138 South through Portsmouth and into Middletown (approximately 8 miles).
• Turn left onto Rt. 138A towards Newport Beaches (Dunkin Donuts & Fleet Bank will be on your right).
• Bear left at 2nd traffic light. Travel past the beach and up the hill.
• Take a left onto Bellevue Avenue toward Newport Mansions (Talbot's will be on your left).
• Follow Bellevue Ave. 1 ½ miles. The Astors' Beechwood is at 580 Bellevue on your left.

• Interstate 95 North into RI to Exit 3 / Route 138 East.
