Admission
Group rates are available to groups of at least 20 with
advance reservations, with one person responsible for
payment. Tour escort and driver are complimentary.
Payment is due upon arrival. For your convenience,
we accept major credit cards and business checks.

Youth Group Admission
Group rates are available to youth groups with advance
reservations. Chaperones are admitted at the youth rate.
Youth groups are invited to bring lunch and picnic on
our lawn.

Planning Your Visit
Please contact our Group Tour Department for tour
availability. Once scheduled, you will receive a written
confirmation outlining the details of your visit. Please
allow one and one half hours to visit the mansion.
Guests are invited to stroll the grounds and
visit the gift shop either before or after the tour.

Arrival
Schedule groups do not wait in line at Astors' Beechwood.
We greet your coach at the drive, welcome your guests, and invite them into the home. Tour escort should report to the
front door for payment. Groups are requested to report 15 minutes prior to scheduled tour time so that we may begin precisely on schedule. Free onsite parking.

Tour schedule
We are open daily, May through October. Holiday tours are available November and December. Weekend tours are offered February through April. Visit our web calendar for a complete listing.

Tour and Food Events
Groups can arrange to have a meal in Mrs. Astor's private dining room, where she held her more intimate soirees. As special guests, you will be privy to anecdotes, scandals, and behind-the-scenes information not shared during our regular tours. These exclusive catered events are for groups of 30 to 60 and are not available to the walk-in public. Breakfast, luncheon or tea with Victorian Living History Tours. Dinner available for the Evening with the Astors and Murder Mystery events. Full payment in advance.
